Communication between parents and our staff is one of our main priorities. We want to enhance your childcare experience by continuously staying connected with your child’s daily activities with real-time updates through our parent communication portal, Brightwheel. You will be provided details on how to download the app onto your smartphone and how to access the website through a computer or laptop, free of charge. We think it is very important to continuously engage our parents by providing them with a daily report that includes information such as, photos, videos, meal times, potty times, classroom notices, learning milestones, and much more. This app offers a private messaging option for parents and our staff to communicate in a simple and fast way. With this tool, we hope to build a strong staff-to-parent relationship, ensure satisfaction, and increase your child’s self-confidence. 

Parents will have the ability to stay up-to-date with their child’s daily activities, learning experiences, and milestones by logging into our secure live webcams from any computer, laptop, or phone throughout the day. We want to provide parents with the comfort of seeing their child at any time of the day to check-in and see how they’re doing. Parents will be provided with login instructions to view the live cameras located in their child’s classroom and on the playground. Please make sure you secure your login information.
